Men's Shirts and Gadget NewsCinema 2.0 'could improve computer gaming' for men's shirts wearers30 Jul 2010
After getting home from work and swapping their formal shirts for something a little more casual, many men may like to play a few video games. This experience is likely to improve in the future, as one expert thinks cinema 2.0 could create a "massive leap" in graphics quality on many programs. Charlie Boswell, director of digital entertainment at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), said gamers may soon be able to watch a film then come home, take off their men's shirts and play a game with exactly the same picture quality. This includes everything from the way the set looks to the character models, he explained. Mr Boswell continued by saying that cinema 2.0 "provides the potential for the games industry in the future to offer the same visual experience as today's movies and, maybe one day, even mimic real life". Game developers will also be able to create video games using the same computer-generated characters that featured in the original cinema production. AMD works to bring next-generation computing and graphic solutions to users at home and work. Related News: Men's Gadget News Latest News...
