Men's Shirts and Gadget NewsDavid Beckham lands another style award20 Feb 2012
David Beckham has always been at the sharp end of fashion throughout his illustrious football career. Ever since he burst onto the scene as a fresh-faced young midfielder for Manchester United in the mid-1990s, Becks has been regarded as a pioneer of new styles and trends. In the early days he was arguably as widely renowned for his sharp hair cuts as he was for his devastating free kicks and enigmatic style of play. While most of us were used to seeing the Londoner's dyed blonde locks running down the right wing, we also became increasingly aware of his fashion sense off the pitch too. Beckham was an extremely snappy dresser and became the envy of guys everywhere, as he effortlessly combined mens shirts with a number of chic accessories and he once famously stepped out in a dashing sarong. His hair styles also changed on a regular basis and youngsters all around the UK would be desperate to get the latest Beckham cut. It seems that the England international has lost none of his fashion sense over the years, as he recently picked up the "That's How I Roll Award" at the 2nd Annual Cartoon Network Hall of Game Awards. He managed to fend off strong competition from the likes of NBA star Dwyane Wade of the Miami Heat to land the most stylish athlete gong. The LA Galaxy player was joined by his son Cruz as he picked up the accolade wearing one of his many classy button down collar shirts and a pair of rustic jeans. Becks has won the English Premier League, FA Cup, MLS Cup, La Liga and the European Champions League as a footballer, but he was still pleased to add this latest prize to his bursting trophy cabinet. Clearly, the 36-year-old has still got what it takes to dress with the best of them. Related News: Men's Shirts News Latest News...
