Gallagher chooses casual button down collar shirts for indie meet-up

Noel Gallagher and Paul Weller appeared to be keen to stick to their respective trademark looks of button down collar shirts and black blazer respectively when they enjoyed a recent catch-up.

The musicians - who were both frontmen for some of the biggest UK bands of all time - were snapped having a coffee together outside a greasy spoon.

According to the Daily Mail, despite the pair having millions in the bank, they appeared to be happy to relax at the cafe, where an all-day breakfasts costs just £4.95.

Gallagher chose a pale blue top from what seems like an endless selection of similar men's shirts he is often seen in and completed the outfit with jeans and trainers.

Meanwhile, Weller modelled the Mod look in a black blazer, boot-cut trousers and black loafers.

The pair both have an influence over the UK charts that spans the decades, with Weller having success with The Jam, the Style Council and as a solo artist, while Gallagher led the Britpop movement with his and brother Liam's band Oasis.
