High fashion formal shirts at magazine's office

17 Aug 2010

Arriving at their London office each morning, the staff at Esquire magazine ensure that working life does not hamper them from looking cutting edge, as they step out in high-fashion suits and formal shirts.

The magazine is currently conducting a search to find the UK's best dressed man and decided it was only fair that they told the public what they themselves wear to the office.

The most popular look appeared to be men's shirts worn without a tie, under a jacket and tucked into a pair of trousers.

Loafer shoes worn without socks also appeared to be a popular look.

Meanwhile, some of the staff chose more formal attire, arriving at work in tailored suits that still looked modern thanks to accessories such as a handkerchief of a shoulder bag.

Gareth Scourfield, fashion editor at Esquire, said: "Nothing feels as good as a well cut suit. I'm a big fan of both the look and fit of a three-piece for this coming autumn."

The magazine's best dressed man search has now been whittled down to 12 finalists, with the public invited to leave their comments on the guys' attire.
