Jonathan Ross dons formal men's shirts to celebrate anniversary

Jonathan Ross is known for often wearing slightly eccentric men's shirts and colourful suits.

However, he went for a classic, more sophisticated look as he dined with his wife Jane Goldman to celebrate their 22nd wedding anniversary this week.

The presenter chose a smart black suit and quality white shirt for the meal at Nobu in London, pictures from the Daily Mail show.

However, he left the top buttons undone and completed his look with a pair of black, Cuban-heeled shoes to add his own touch to the ensemble.

Ross tweeted: "Evening all. Am waiting for wife to come home from making movies(!) to go on anniversary dinner. Have aftershave and Cuban heels on as treat."

He was also sporting new facial hair, which is described as his "summer beard" before also stating on his Twitter account that he was considering dying it blue.

Goldman, who is known for her vibrant red hair, wore a long, pale pink gown for the date.
