During the summer, many guys may wish they could wear short sleeve shirts to the office in order to ensure that they stay cool and refreshed and avoid any embarrassing sweat patches. Now, a new development in men's shirts has been achieved, as two entrepreneurs have created a garment that claims to prevent sweat from building up in a concentrated area under the arm. The Mirror explains that Bradley Rose and Oliver Van Emden have used the same clothing technology seen in football strips, which is able to draw the sweat away from the skin and ensure it spreads over a larger area. This means that the moisture dries at a faster rate. Steve Myall, who works for the newspaper, decided to test it out and found that while it did stop wet underarm sweat patches, it was unable to prevent the smell of sweat. He also asked whether it would ever be available in a more suitable colour than pale pink. Elsewhere, research reported in the Journal of Experimental Psychology: General and published by the American Psychological Association recently revealed that women find guys dressed in red more attractive, which may make it a shade they wish to keep in mind when updating their wardrobes.
