The way in which you purchase button down collar shirts could be set to change, with the potential future introduction of a 'screenless' interface.
That is according to Gregory Roekens chief technology officer at Wunderman, a firm that specialises in digital, social and mobile marketing.
Speaking in an interview with the BBC, he predicted that the next 12 months could see more screenless interfaces developed, allowing men to purchase items like shirts simply by requesting them aloud.
"I want an interface where when I'm driving I can buy shopping by just speaking," he said.
"It's an added interface that will be another tool for users - but it's also very important for our industry to consider all those new technologies."
The development of this kind of technology could revolutionise the way in which we shop, with users able to search for specific items like single cuff shirts, simply by saying the name of the item, and the colour, aloud.
It could also tie in well with the current boom for smartphone technology, with users potentially downloading an application that allows them to make purchases.
